The Copper Table opened its doors in 2016 with a simple idea: great food should start with great ingredients. Chef and owner Nora Blackwell spent years working in acclaimed kitchens in San Francisco and New York before returning home to open a restaurant that reflected her roots. Every week, Nora works directly with local farms to build a menu around what's in season and at peak flavor. The dining room is warm and unhurried, designed to make every meal feel like a celebration. We're a neighborhood restaurant in the truest sense — a place where regulars feel at home and first-timers feel welcome.
